R&W has been operating as an independent Civil Engineering Contractor and Plant Hire business in the South of England for over 29 years.

In 2010 our revenue exceeded £12M and we currently employ over 130 highly skilled people who are proud to work for us and our customers.

Our people continue to embrace our founder’s traditional values of reliability, adaptability, trust and integrity. Whilst the range of services we offer has expanded since 1981, our aim continues to be to provide all of our customers with a first class service which is second to none.

Our company is managed by highly motivated people. We provide innovative civil engineering solutions to our customers by utilising our extensive in-house resources, technical expertise and local knowledge.
